Endeavour is the name of two sailing yachts with which the British aircraft designer and regatta sailor Sir Thomas Sopwith tried to win the America’s Cup as a challenger in 1934 and 1937. The Endeavour and Endeavour II belonged to the J-class.

The Endeavour was launched in 1934 and closed in 1938 after the competitions in which it was only just beaten by the “Rainbow”. Between 1984 and 1988 the remains were restored. Today the yacht belongs to a US-American.
