Terms and Conditions


For all orders through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs, the following terms and conditions apply.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity.

General terms and conditions apply to entrepreneurs for these future business relationships without having to point them out again. If or if the entrepreneur uses conflicting supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; They will only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to this.


By clicking the order button, you place a binding order (offer) for the items in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent, but no later than when the ordered goods are delivered.


For deliveries within the EU, all our prices include the statutory VAT of 19%.

For deliveries to Switzerland or other non-EU countries, VAT does not apply and we only charge the net prices. The goods are then taxed upon receipt by UPS in accordance with the respective tax and customs legislation of the destination country. Any statutory surcharges in your destination country will be charged by customs after delivery and can be viewed below in the country selection under ″Surcharges due to taxes and customs″.

We also supply commercial customers outside of Germany with a UID (sales tax identification number) within the EU at net prices in accordance with the rules for simplified input tax deduction.


In cooperation with our shipping partner UPS/FedEx/DPD we ship our products all over the world.

Orders placed by 14 p.m. on a working day will be processed and dispatched on the same day. The delivery time is 1-5 working days. Shipments are delivered on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 17:00 p.m.

The shipping costs depend on the recipient country and can be viewed in the shopping cart or checkout area after entering the delivery address.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Within Afghanistan)

Below you will find the legally required instruction on the requirements and consequences of the right of withdrawal.

Right to cancel

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without the need to state any reason.

The revocation period is XNUMX days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Nain Trading GmbH, Brook 7, 20457 Hamburg, info@naintrading.com, telephone: 004940326634) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

    The right of revocation does not exist in the following contracts:
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is subject to an individual selection or destination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Of course, we grant a guarantee on all our products. The guarantee is valid for 1 year after receipt of the product. If the customer makes a claim under warranty and it is found that the fault is caused by external factors, the customer may have to pay for the repairs themselves, as this type of damage is not covered by the warranty. Our staff decides whether the damage is due to production errors or external influences after delivery to the customer. Freight costs are borne by Nain Trading in the case of a guarantee.


Nain Trading uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security standard for data transmission during the ordering process. This protects your data, especially personal data, from access by third parties. Banks also use this procedure and thus guarantee your security.

At Nain Trading you can choose between the following payment methods:

– Payment in advance / bank transfer

If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

- PayPal

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

– card payment

Credit cards accepted by Nain Trading are VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express. Enter your credit card details during the ordering process. These are recorded by our service provider Wirecard AG and only passed on to the credit card companies directly involved in the payment process.
In principle, Nain Trading does not store your credit card data. All data of your order is exclusively encrypted via SSL.

Transport damage

Visibly discovered damage to the goods must be reported to UPS/FedEx/DPD/DHL directly upon receipt. Hidden damage must be reported to UPS/FedEx/DPD/DHL immediately upon discovery.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.
